Below the illustration shows you how to access details of your transaction history. The numbered icons correspond to the
guidelines below. Help is also available in: Login Help , Account Help , Product Enquiry Help and Purchases Enquiry Help

1. Click this link (tab) on the main menu bar to locate purchases details.

2. You can request transaction details by date, invoice number or reference number.

3. Click 'Help' to gain more information on using this facility.

4. Click 'GO' to view more details of your transactions.

5. Here is the result of a search. Clicking on the product title gives you further information about the product.

6. Use the links to scroll through the results.

7. Click on 'Details' for further information on prices, for example contract and non-contract.
