Mawdsleys donate presents to children of Manchester
Mawdsleys donate presents to children of Manchester 22nd December 2014

Mawdsleys have proudly donated over 150 presents to the Key 103 Mission Christmas appeal for children living in poverty in Manchester.

The presents were collected in our Salford depot and delivered by a Mawdsleys’ driver to Mission HQ in Trafford Park last week. The presents were donated by Mawdsleys’ staff from all departments, and ranged from toys for babies and young children to gifts for teenagers. Mawdsleys’ Marketing Communications Manager, Emma Stuart, says “We really wanted to get behind this appeal, especially as our head office is in Salford, and we wanted to help the 1 in 3 children in Manchester living in poverty have a happier Christmas. We are delighted with the number of gifts staff donated, and I was very proud to deliver the presents to Mission HQ!”

At the same time Mawdsleys’ staff took part in Christmas Jumper Day to raise money for Save the Children.
