Solar Panels installed on new Doncaster 3PL Facility
Solar Panels installed on new Doncaster 3PL Facility 29th June 2023

The final phase of our extension project to double the size of our state-of-the-art 3pl warehousing Doncaster (Redhouse) facility is concluding with the installation of a 1688kwh PV array on the roof, which will comprise of 3,375 individual solar panels.

The panels will operate in conjunction with a 2,600kwh battery to optimise grid and off-grid energy usage. When complete the design should ensure that the entire 300,000ft sq. Redhouse site is 65-68% self-sufficient in its power usage, in-line with our carbon reduction objectives.

Thanks to our main contractor Russell WBHO and specialist contractors Sol Pv Group and Wattstor.
