Mawdsleys have been working hard with manufacturers to provide additional choice for hospitals through new distribution agreements.
In particular, we have been pleased to announce that several manufacturers have nominated Mawdsleys to distribute their CMU contracted products and wider portfolio, improving the supply chain options for hospital customers who regularly source products. "Whilst Dr Reddy's UK Ltd has a strong history in the retail sector, we are relatively young within the Hospital Sector and needed a wholesale supply chain partner that could meet our rapidly evolving needs as we begin to see real growth and change in our business.
We initially focused on NHS contracted business, however as our business is expanding and becoming more complex, and as we look toward developing more complex products, our needs are continually evolving. We are now looking at other business areas for growth and development - from additional market demands, to supporting our customers in the future in terms of product development. To this end, we needed a robust supply chain partner for standard business who have a flexible, agile approach with regard to additional opportunities.
